The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 demand that you MUST appoint a Health and Safety Competent Person or competent source of health and safety advice. In addition, your insurance company assumes that you have met this duty when granting policy cover. This service will help you meet your legal duty by providing policies, procedures and on-site fully certificated training. We provide back-up to your existing health & safety arrangements if you have a Health and Safety Adviser on-board who is not a Chartered Member of The Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (CMIOSH).

Alternatively, the service can provide on-going technical support if you cannot justify employing a full or part time Competent Person.
